Terms & Conditions

It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Therefore once you placed your booking, it means you agree to be bound by these User Terms.

 

Booking & Deposit

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
  • The remaining balance is to be paid on the date by cash. Bank transfer payments must be completed before MUA arrival.
  • Instalment payments are welcome. A suitable payment schedule can be arranged upon discussion.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking fees are strictly non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled, the paid booking fee will be forfeited.
  • If one event from a multiple-event booking is cancelled, the booking fee for that specific event will also be forfeited and cannot be transferred or deducted from the remaining balance.
  • In the rare event that I am unable to proceed due to serious illness or immediate family emergency, your booking fee will be fully refunded. I will also do my best to assist in finding a trusted replacement makeup artist.

 

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Any request to change or reschedule the booking date within three (3) calendar months of the event will be subject to a non-refundable change fee of $100, depending on availability. This fee will not be credited toward the final balance.
    • If a Bridal Hijab Stylist has already been booked for the original date, any additional charges for rescheduling the date will be borne by the client.
  • Any downgrade from a Half-Day Bridal Makeup (5.5 hours) to a 3-hour session made within 3 calendar months of the event will result in the original half-day booking fee being retained, as the reserved time and preparation had already been allocated.
    • The revised 3-hour makeup session is priced at $400. A courtesy credit of $100 from the original booking will be applied, leaving a remaining balance of $300.
  • Final pricing may vary should the client choose to add additional services such as: Bridal Hijab Stylist | Additional touch-up hours | Travel/outstation fees
 
Consultation & Preview (Trial Makeup Session)
  • A Consultation & Preview session is available upon request and is charged at BND 400.
  • This dedicated 3-hour trial makeup session allows thorough discussion of client’s preferred bridal look, review inspiration photos and create a full preview of client’s bridal makeup before the actual event day. Adjustments and refinements can be made during the session to ensure the final look aligns with client’s preferences.
  • Please note that the Consultation & Preview session is separate from the bridal makeup service and is not included in any package unless otherwise stated.
  • As this session involves a complete bridal makeup application, personalised consultation and professional time allocation, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

 

Hijab Styling

  • Bridal hijab styling is available as part of selected packages or may be booked as an add-on service, subject to availability.
  • If a bridal hijab stylist has already been secured for the original booking date, any additional charges related to rescheduling will be borne by the client.

 

Makeup Style/Allergies

  • Inspiration photos are welcome. Makeup will be customised to suit your features, skin condition and event style.
  • Please inform me in advance of any skin sensitivities or allergies.

 

Early Call Time/Travel

  • Early call times (before 6 AM) and locations outside of Bandar Seri Begawan areas may incur additional charges.
