Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Therefore once you placed your booking, it means you agree to be bound by these User Terms.
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
Arrival
- The Makeup Artist (MUA) would arrive at the client’s location approximately 10-15 minutes before the booking session start.The client can choose to wear any normal wear or the event outfit during the makeup session.
- Please make sure the makeup location has ample space for MUA to place her makeup kit.
Room Crowd
- Keeping the client alone with the makeup artist during the getting-ready session is highly encouraged & appreciated. However, in a case where this is not doable, please do not crowd the room and keep noise to a minimum level to avoid distraction.
Booking & Deposit
- Non-refundable deposit is needed to secure each date.
- $100 for each event (Diamonds & Rose Quartz Lestari packages)
- 50% of total booking (Pearl package)
- The remaining balance shall be completed latest on the day of your event.
- Instalment payments are also welcome. Feel free to discuss a suitable payment schedule that works for you.
Cancellations
- The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, there is no cancellation fee, but the deposit will be forfeited.
- If you cancel one of the booked events, the deposit for that cancelled event will be forfeited and will not be transferred or deducted from the balance of your remaining booking(s).
- In the rare case that I have to cancel due to serious illness or immediate family emergency, I will refund your deposit and do my best to help you find a trusted replacement. I have never cancelled on a bride before, and in sha Allah it stays that way.
Changes
- ❗️If you need to change your booking date within 2 months or less from the original date, a new deposit of $100 is required. This change is subject to availability. An exception applies to weddings at ICC; a new deposit is not required. However, the new date is still subject to availability.
- ❗️If the client chooses to shorten the session from half-day to 3 hours within 90 days or 3 months of the scheduled date, the original full rate will still apply, as that time was already blocked and may result in the loss of other potential bookings. To ensure fairness, please make sure your event is confirmed to require a half-day booking before reserving the slot.
Makeup Style, Skin Concerns & Allergy
- Makeup trends and inspiration photos are welcome, but the final look will be made to enhance your natural beauty based on your features, skin condition and event type while also bringing your overall vision to life.
- Please let me know in advance if you have any skin concerns, sensitive skin or product allergies. This helps me choose the best products for your skin and prepare accordingly.
Early Call Surcharge & Belait
- 3-6am call times will incur extra charges.*
- For Belait bookings with a 06:30AM call time or earlier, the early morning fee will be BND50 and a travel fee of BND50 also applies, totaling BND100. This covers the longer travel from Bandar (as early as 04:30AM) or an overnight stay if needed.
Travel Surcharge
- Travel is included for Brunei Muara zone 0.0 bookings.
- Other zones have an additional travel charge.*
Hijab Styling
- Applicable for Diamond Mahkota and Rose Quartz Lestari packages.
- It will be done by a separate stylist.
- Clients are required to prepare their own tudung/hijab, inner scarf, scrunchie (this ensure the hijab stays secure) and a small brooch.
- The hijab stylist will provide jarum peniti & safety pins.
- In the rare event that no external stylist is available, I will carry out the hijab styling myself to ensure the service remains complete. Rest assured, I will make every effort to find a suitable and trusted replacement first.
